All three owners have been career military personnel and this is reflected in how meticulously she has been maintained. This truly is one of the finest vessels on the market.
The last haul-out was in 2010 when the bottom was painted. It's currently cleaned every month but starting to show signs that a haul-out and re-paint will be needed soon.
Engine runs very well and appears to be very strong.
Deck looks and feels very solid with no evident soft spots.
Standing rigging appears to be strong and sails are in very good condition.
Icebox and stove in the galley are not working.
Engine emergency kill switch at the helm is not working; need to enter the main cabin to kill it.
There is a VERY small leak at the oil pan plug.
All woodwork, with the minor exception of the gangway ladder steps, is in excellent condition and has been very well maintained.
There is a minor leak at the forward hatch, and a minor leak at two of the main cabin portals.
No standing water in the bilge or engine compartment.
All upholstery both above and below deck is in excellent condition.
Brand new - never used - marine toilet.
The cutlass bearing needs to be replaced. Please inquire about details.
This is a turn-key boat which will make a wonderful live aboard. Very solid and clean throughout.
This boat has been lovingly cared for and needs to be seen to be appreciated.
